People who use Social Care Services can have support that is personalised.
People are able to design their own support or care that best suits their needs.
Personalisation is about Self Directed Support and Personal Budgets. Following a comprehensive assessment by an Adult Social Care worker, an amount of monies is calculated and then allocated to the individual. This money is then used to support the person in best ways.
It means being able to tell people how much funding they are entitled to and giving meaningful choice and control over how that funding is used.
Supported living
We support people to live independently in their own homes with highly skilled and trained staff providing the level of support the service user requires, including 24 hour care and support for those with health and or complex needs.
